Sometimes is very hard to acknowledge ones mistakes. After reviewing the companys structure, I realize, although we are the leaders in quality, we have neglected some of our customers. This is very disappointing; especially after all the hard work in creating a company that is based on quality and service.
This is why we have made major changes. We have a new administrative team, which includes a customer service department.
This is my commitment to you; we will process your order in a promptly matter and deliver when promised. If there are any issues we will communicate with you.
Also since we have made major investment in equipment that enables us to manufacture product at a lower cost, we now will pass those savings to you.
